Unity for equity is a formal company. They are well-organized in their job. My supervisor was very structured when I first started working and he knew exactly what responsibilities each member of the organization was responsible for. As for the department I’m working in, Antonio sent me and another member in the department the task which is assigned for us to do each week from our supervisor. With all of his work and correspondence, he has been extremely organized. Whenever he or another member needs something from me, They send me an email.
I’m working remotely. Antonio writes a task for me to do on a rock app, which is how supervisors and/or team members communicate, and the dream to host a webmail app for emailing my boss and colleagues. So far, I’ve finished two assignments for Unity, one of which was my favorite. So far, I’ve been working with the Adobe program to complete my task, illustrator, and photoshop.
The first component that my supervisor liked the most was MetroCard, as you can see from browsing my website. Antonio is extremely patient with everything; he is always willing to assist with anything, and he clearly explains what I need to do for each work. Change the color and fonts as needed. He gave me excellent comments on the work I had performed thus far.
