"We Study Wine"
The OpenLab is an open-source, digital platform designed to support teaching and learning at City Tech (New York City College of Technology), and to promote student and faculty engagement in the intellectual and social life of the college community.
After I read your assignment， I hope I can go to visit this winery next time， and get a chance to taste the wine。
I enjoyed reading your blog post and at least you enjoyed your wine tasting that we did because mine started off so bad and disappointed me for the vineyard but then their reds were really tasteful.
It seems that you enjoy your visit to the vineyard. I hope one day i get the chance to visit this vineyard. It looks like the personnel were very acknowledgeable.
You certainly did learn a lot. It is wonderful that both the tasting and the tour provided such valuable information. We are grateful for Shinn Vineyards support of our program.
