“36 Hours in the Dolomites”  The NY Times article describes Ingrid K. Williams’s trip to the Dolomites in Northeastern Italy. This type of area is what I am willing to travel to If I can ever go., and not just because I would like to just take a little vacation. Of all aspects of the Dolomites, I am more interested in traditional “Tyrolean” cuisine provided in “High above the town of Bruneck”. Products/ingredients grown in-house is what makes a great restaurant, as the foods arrive fresh, such the territory-grown ripe- “summer” peaches.
