As the Chief Concierge of the Plaza Hotel in the center of Manhattan, I have created a short training video to represent the group of concierges about one of the historically significant tourism attractions “Central Park.” It is important that our guests be well informed about the services they received during their stay.
Hi Pemba in your presentation you mentioned one of the most important job as a concierge which is to make sure the guest is going to an attraction that meets their expectations. If you were a visitor coming to New York do you feel like Central Park would be somewhere you would want a concierge to tell you about?

Hi Jessica, thank you for comment. There are many restaurants near the attraction that are both expensive and affordable. You will definitely have an option depending on what types of food you want to have.

Hey, Pemba in your presentation I liked that you talked about the landscape and activities. I know persons normally get hungry and thirsty after spending some time exploring the park. I would have liked if you recommended some good food places near the park.
Thank you, Demetrius. There are so many options near the attraction site. I would say restaurants that serve American, Greek, and Asian cuisine such as Death Ave, The dining room, Roof Garden Cafe, sathi, etc.
