Assignment: Combine letterform and icon
- Create 2 different versions of your letterform and icon.
- Print as a 6 x 6 inch square, in the center of an 8.5 x 11 inch paper.
Arrive in class with both pages printed.
REMEMBER:
Do not center your letterform in the square
Your icon must be a solid form, don’t use line.
Your icon must be part of the background, not “on top” of the letter.

Bring 3 objects that begin with the letter of your letterform. For example, if your letterform is a “q” you can bring a queen of hearts card. If your object is too large to bring to class, bring an image.
Bring 2 fully-assembled letterform compositions, 12 x 12. ” Remember, if your compositions are not assembled at the beginning of class you will not get credit for homework. Each late homework assignment will result in a reduction of your grade.
