I selected these two photos of Chris because I feel that they are the strongest. The lighting in the full body length photograph highlights the features on his face and shoulder. There is also a shadow casted because of the position of the light. Due to the angle of this shot (birds eye view), there is a sense of foreshortening. The second image that I selected is very melancholy, his facial expression is composed of agony and depression. Also the lighting in this image adds to the sad mood, because half of his face is darkened.
