Homework: Project 02

Upload Senior Project abstract.
A 4-sentence statement:

  • What’s the Topic: Define the topic you are addressing. This is from the target’s perspective. We should be clear after hearing the problem.
  • What is an insight: This is a fact, truth, or data point about the target’s behavior, business category, or pain point that helps us understand the motivation/ beliefs of the people.
  • What can the concept be?: This is the idea that will help us see how you are going to express the insight in words, and pictures to the target. The behavior of the target will help you determine the proper channels/tactics.

Eventually, you will use a very similar template (link) to craft your Senior Project proposal.

Main Project 01 HW

Continue to focus on how your deliverables help your personas! You should be showcasing HOW they, your persona, would use your concept and how IT benefits them. Add pages to your Process book that include at least 2 pages of each:

  • Inspiration,
  • color options based on competitors/ similar companies
  • typographic research and visual styles
  • the visual (digital versions) of YOUR creative ideas from wireframes, advertising layouts, web mock-ups, social media ideas, etc… all should make sense for the end-user/audience.
