During the course of this semester, i have absorbed as much of the information that I could. I found that I have grown both socially and academically. Before this course I never really spoke up in class. I would keep to my self with little to no participation. In this course I was encouraged by my professor and peer mentor, Loubna to participate and speak my mind whenever I felt I needed to. I also found that my work was beginning to improve as the semester progressed. I believed that I was successful in the effort that i applied to my projects. However, I feel that there is always room for improvement, and I’m willing to push my self a little further to be more successful in my college career.

These specific projects that I have chosen where one of the best that I have done in this course. The first one depicts one of my color interactions for a project in the course. When I was first introduced to this concept of illusion in class, it was a bit frustrating to get the hang of it. I was soon able to figure it out with the help of of my peers. The second project consist of my band poster from a previous project. It displays a significant change in saturation of the colors with the name of the band and subtitles to accompany it. This project was interesting for me, because it allowed me to tap into my creativity to find a name for the band. The last project was a group effort in which my classmate and eye found to be engaging. It was a difficult to find a color that best symbolized us both, but after numerous experiments of playing around with colors, the result was impressive.
