To do a glossary entry you find the definition of the word that best fits the sentence. Then you find wether it’s a noun, verb or adjective. Then you write why you think the writer chose that word. When I first started doing the glossary entries I thought to myself how will this actually help me as a writer. As I look back on all the words that I chose for my glossary entries I feel proud of myself. These glossary entries have helped me learn new words and have also helped me improve my vocabulary in my writings. Throughout this semester all the readings I did in class have helped me see the world in a perspective and I got to discover new authors.
