I might have mentioned this in the past, but I wanted to remind you about the Job Search Advice site that I created for City Tech students.

And, looking ahead, the PTW Internship Coordinator will work with students on their job materials before applying to internships and then further develop those materials during the classroom component (2 hours per week) of the internship.

I forgot to mention last week that you’ll need a Google account for this week’s exercise. If you don’t have one that you want to use, please create another one for use in our class. We will use this to create a Google Doc for the Instruction Manual deliverable.

Also, it would be helpful if you bring your phone if it has a built-in camera. Most folks probably already have one, but it’s worth mentioning so that we can use it during class. Even if you don’t have one or yours is broken, I imagine that we can enlist your classmates to share theirs for the photograph part of the in-class exercise that leads into this week’s deliverable.
