The Instruction manual that I’m trying to improve on would be the on the installation of Linux on your computer by using Virtual Box which is a application that allows the user to have multiple OS (Operating Systems) in there computer. I was thinking of mentioning the application you’ll need to use which would be Virtual box and how to download it along with the website link to download it and also mention where you can find the Linux OS on the internet. I will also try to write about the pros of having Virtual box in your computer and the cons as well. My first issue in which i will try to tackle in the manual would be the how having this in your computer could benefit you even if you’re not in the Computer Tech field.

This assignment is very simple so far for me. I was able to properly order the steps that is needed to be done. I mainly used 3 different models because there was a certain style of writing that I was trying to look for. The checklist was a really good tool for me since it had a lot of examples of how I can use transitions. The was one difficult aspect because I did not want to have it be so choppy but rather have a good flow throughout the topic. I am working on expanding what I have to also make sure I meet the word count.

So far I started to write my instruction manual on how to do a layup.  For now I feel like I have a solid introduction and I’ve started to describe several of the materials needed for the instructions. For my topic I feel like I don’t have much materials needed to get started so I went ahead and started to describe the whereabouts of the items. First material I mentioned was obviously a basketball then I continued to point out where can a person purchase a basketball. I’m hoping that was the expected approach for this assignment.  If so, I think I can move on and complete the rest of the manual. Also I’ve checked Google and found some useful images so my only worry is meeting the word limit.

The progress of my instruction manual is going well so far. I have already listed all of the ingredients, steps and equipment needed to make my own coral / exotic fish food. Next I need to expand of the instructions and measurements of the ingredients. If the measurements are not correct per ratio, it can have a negative affect once it is added to the saltwater system by causing a rise in phosphates and excessive nutrients. As a result, this will cause hair algae and other problems to grow. I am also working on the images for my manual, which will all be from my own systems.

i’ve spent most of my time laying out my outline to structure my paper in an effective manor. i’ve only just started writing the actual paper but i’m starting to remember how much i despised embedding pictures into word because it never attaches the way you wanted it to. im kind of stressed out about this paper because i have another 2000 word paper both due at the same time and a few projects due after spring break so i’m trying to find away to prioritize my works. if it was up to me i would rather not have the break so we dont get that excuse from professors about having all this time to work.

The instruction manual, I just picked my topic for the assignment. Everything is in processing, I have the main concept of what to write, I am going to have a layout of the steps for the instruction, in case  I  confuse what is the step will be.
