Initially, I would do the steps from “Choosing a Genre to Compose In” so I could narrow down on a specific genre where I could best express the ideas from my RAB in. The genre I plan to do my Unit 3 in is a review article but if that is not the best way I could express said ideas then I will have to choose another genre. To get started with my article, I would gather as much information on how to write a successful review article. Then I would compare said requirements to my RAB to see if I have enough information to write a strong article. I also plan on looking at other review articles with similar topics as mine or just any article to see some of the strategies the author used in their writing that I could possibly use in mine. Lastly, I would pull out all the strong ideas from my RAB, so I could begin writing my review article. I want my article to be straightforward so finding strong ideas is key. Then I would begin writing my review article.
