My expectations are very high in this industry. I am already planning my next two years. I would like to finish my Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management by Spring 2017. During that time, I would also like to have climbed the latter at the hotel I would be working at and become a front office supervisor or front office assistant manager. My goal in three years is to be the front office manager or somewhere in the human resources department. My goal in four years is to become the general manager or the executive human resources manager. A long side with that dream, I would also like to start my own event planning company, specifically wedding coordinating.
