Lodging Operations was a wonderful course taken to learn more about the front office. My professor was very engaging with the class and had taken the time out to also go over current events in the industry. We had to buy this book that came with a simulation example of a front office to a hotel. The fact that part of this course had visuals and was virtual, I was able to learn more. As opposed to just reading from a textbook. My passion lies within a hotel, which made this course more enticing.

Besides the knowledge and awesome grade I received, I was also able to achieve the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) Certificate.
