My role at the communications and marketing team of the non profit organization is digital design associate. I got this job from Professor. And then, the process was scheduling the same day- interview with text message from the non-profit organization. I was interviewed with only one person. We went to an online interview and I received my job offer. We enjoyed the online meeting with group. After that we were introduced to the team and next day we send all documents we need including the Agreement form from school. I had to wait three days between the interview and the job offer. Not much questions were I asked during the interview by the Founder but he made sure we understand the company’ goals and question will be asked by him at the end of this short internship is would we like to stay to work with them longer.
