This picture is a blurry motion where we borrowed a kid skateboard and around it around to capture my partner riding it will taking the picture so it can become very blurry where to the point that we cant see him.
Good work. Just remember that the frozen motion is the very short shutter speed of 1/640 second and the blurry motion of Justin on the skateboard was captured with a shutter speed of 6/10 or .6 seconds.
