I think this photo works because the scarf is falling but it looks like its flowing over him and taking the form of him. the contrast between the green scarf and blue shirt is eye catching.

It is a little hard for me to see exactly what is going on in this picture as it is soooo small but it does look like the scarf is captured in mid air which is the point of the last class.
