For the final exam essay and presentation I chose the Expressionism art movement. I relate to the way emotions can be expressed through contrasts of colors and distortion of lines or forms. Expressionism is usually represented by Vincent Van Gogh’s Starry Night.

I chose Edvard Munch’s Anxiety piece. Although he is most known for The Scream.

For a commercialized pieces I found a mask that used The Scream painting.
