Nowadays everybody pretty much has taken a picture of a delicious plate during brunch time, lunch, dinner time or any food item and posted it on any social media. The whole point of why we are led into taking a picture is because there are cases where the food is just “too perfect” to not take a picture and share it. Many times other people’s pictures are what leads us to go to that coffee shop or restaurant next time. I just believe that food is just a unique kind of art that makes it just different in a good way. Sometimes the colorfulness of food is what makes you crave it even more. Just like Eggleston’s pictures he adds color and brightness to make it come to life. Food is something people are always going to enjoy alone or in the company of friends/family just like we enjoy Thanksgiving with a variety of food.
Every Thanksgiving in my family being that we are Hispanic we don’t eat the traditional Thanksgiving meals. One of the things we almost always change is dessert rather than having the traditional pumpkin pie we rather go for a creamy and delicious Flan.
