Ethics Assignment-Entry 2a

Soft Skills Work, ethics, teamwork, accountability, problem-solving, communication, creativity, time management, leadership & Icons

In the past, I have taken someone else’s creative work and used it, but I have always made sure to give the original artist credit for their work. When I outsource the creation of photos and stock images, I check to make sure they are not subject to any licensing fees. If there are and I really like their work, I will pay for it. This is done to protect both me and the company for which I work from being accused of stealing or misusing the work in some way. Therefore, I look into various platforms that provide images that are licensed under Creative Commons or that contain content that is in the public domain. They make sure that the images are attributed correctly and comply with the specific usage rights.
