During my time on this internship, I recognize the difference between working remotely and working in person on the team. My time at the nonprofit company I demonstrated a strong understanding of my role and responsibilities, utilizing industry best practices and emerging trends to make informed decisions. Also, foster a positive and inclusive work environment through open communication and collaboration, resulting in a motivated team.
Acknowledging the challenges with distractions and procrastination, I plan to improve time management skills. My analytical mindset and active listening skills enable me to think creatively and build positive relationships with colleagues. I am aware that I have some strong strengths and weaknesses that need to be improved, but overall, I believe that I was an asset to the corporation.
