Course Title: Building Service Systems

Course Description: This course provides the student with a basic knowledge of Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Electrical Systems used in residential and commercial-industrial buildings.  Modern methods and current equipment are emphasized.

Class Etiquette & Netiquette

Students are not required to share their video. The class shall be recorded via Zoom and posted to YouTube. Only those with the link to the class video will have access to the class recording. The class videos will not be open to the public. Any student who wishes not to be recorded shall use the Chat feature to participate and the professor will address the chat comment during the recording.

Attendance shall be self reporting via Blackboard/Groups/(date folder)/Group Discussion Board
