Summer 2020 Technical Writing Coronavirus Challenge
The challenge is going to be to create conduits for giving accurate and timely information on the novel coronavirus to your communities in New York City. You will have to start by determining just who who need to reach, breaking them down by language, access to digital technology, age and any other factors that you, as a group, will determine. This challenge cannot be met individually; you will have to work as a group, breaking down the group into smaller ones dedicated to individual tasks.
Read Professor Barlow’s blog posts for initial information; by the end of the first week, you will have designed a schedule allowing you to “go live” by July 1. You may have a webpage, podcasts, physical flyers, chat alerts of any number of other items.
