Opinion on Photography and Tragedy

I think the photographer, Emmanuel Dunand, should of at least asked Aline Marie for her permission to be able to publish the picture. Aline should of also knew they’d take a picture of her since there were so many photographers and cameramen there recording everything that was happening. But then I also think about how this was a job assigned to the photographer and how he didn’t really want to cover it in the first place. Although it was a great photo some people just want some privacy and don’t wanna be photographed while in a moment of deep mourning; in this case Aline didn’t want her photo taken unless they asked her if it was alright or if they at least introduced themselves to her. I think the photographer should of asked before hand if he could take pictures of her. I guess this is just one of those times when it just matters on the person you took the picture of cares if you took a picture of them.
