I too questioned this when the Rolling Stones magazine hit the newsstands; whether Rolling Stones helped elevate this individual in society as a result of focusing their cover on this story. Remember, the cover is probably one of the most prized possessions of a magazine where they can use the cover to attract the potential reader and buyer of the magazine. CVS and other retailers were correct in removing the magazine off of the newsstands as this does glorify this individual. A photograph speaks a thousand words and this really does catch the eye of the reader at any angle you place it.
