when i first heard about the dust bowl back in high school i did not really think much of it. but after seeing how it affected so many people and it basically helped to cripple the country because we were dealing with the great depression at the same time i realize how serious of an even it really was. the fact that farmers could not provide for themselves or their family and then the country was at the worst economic point in its history. the dust bowls just added to the many problems that the country had
