You must have an architectural stairs that connects your different elevations (floors) and relates to your parti/concept.
Your stair should be an integral part of your project design and the flow of the stair should work with the circulation of your project. You should be able to draw a line how people enter your building and move through the spaces in a logical order. You should try to minimize crossing paths of heavy uses.
