I had the honor to be named Employee of the Month and recognized by the CEO and it was one of my proudest moments as a nurse. To have the honor to be recognized by your peers at work is a privilege. The award represents achieving excellence in my field whether it be based on performance, quality, attendance, or work ethic. Some could say, I did it for the $10 Starbucks gift card that comes along being Employee of the Month!
