well for me most of the option of good companies where limited so i choose some companies that are definitely outside of New York .The reasons why I choose Ubisoft, Rockstargames, and Bandai Namco is because of there craftsmanship or the quality of their games for an example Bandai Namco’s Dragon ball xenoverse 2 and Darksouls 3  two games that many gamers around the world have definitely brought off the shelves of gaming stores as soon as they popped out. Every gamer knows that when you see Ubisoft you see Assassin’s Creed one the best game series that continue to be remembered for there greatness and finally Rockstargames a company that created a series that got some much attention for its “graphics” that many people blame them for violence that’s done outside of the game and that series is Grand Theft Auto one of the most brought game series in the history of gaming . Oh and I can never ever ever forget Bethesda’s Elders Scrolls Series.I would definitely work for those companies and created great designs for some of their characters.
