Teenage defiance is on a uproar today in America. Many kids are experimenting with drugs and alcohol and succumb to peer pressure. Most people find it best to incarcerate them rather than teaching them coping skills to deal with their misplaced feelings and actions. The Andrew Glover Youth program appears to have a very high success rate. More than 90% or their program participants don’t re-offend. NY judges are using this program as an alternative to jail time. At least 200 kids are sent yearly to this program by New York judges. This program is also cost effective. It cost $2,900 per youth to attend this program rather than a year in jail costing an astounding sum of $240,000 per year !
