what is the world coming to were cops can find it justifiable to beat a special ed child because his shirt was out of his pants wow what next.
This is unbelievable, the child has special needs why or how could they have done this. Im glad someone caught this on tape though cause the police sure would of been saying no that didnt happen.
How could this police officer do this? Clearly he was not properly trained on how to handle students with special needs. I think that a training needs to be done for any person of power on how to deal with people with special needs or a mental illness.
