I believe that these boys were nin the wrong but it doesn’t give the cops the right to kill one of the teens but at the same time they shouldn’t of being riding the dirty bikes on the streets because they know it’s against the law and also they shouldn’t have been running away from the cops. these cops are getting out of hand and something needs to be done about it.
