Are these cops getting out of hand and using their badge to let loose and brutalize innocent citizens, do they need to be retrained and remined why they became a cop in the first place, to protect and serve. and not use their authorite to beat people up.
After watching this you tube clip I was left with my mouth wide open. How does a cop use so much force on a teenage girl for just jay walking?! This is unbelievable, I can understand he had to defend himself but, aren’t there other ways to do so? Aren’t officers trained on self defense against civilians who are unarmed and not a threat? This video clip just assured me that cops clearly abuse the power they possess.
