trail in killing of a therapist

The murder of Dr. Faughey was definitely tragic and this trial will be very difficult. From what I read in the article, he does seem to have a mental illness. He definitely has had a history of being in a psychiatric facility. However, he had a plan to murder his old psychiatrist Dr. Shinbach. He knew exactly what he was going to do and exactly what he wanted. Dr. Faughey just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. I think that he WILL have to do some time. Even if he was seeking revenge and very angry because of his mother being neglected, he had intentions of murdering someone. The fact that he murdered someone who had nothing to do with his situation makes it even worse.
