I feel that I have a similar style of photo with peter. However, he is a great photographer and I do my best to use a similar style with how the tree will affect the background photo. On the left is work of Peter Mckinnon and on the right is my photos. 
Jason- Thanks for sharing your artist heroe. I can see the parallels to your work. You could have tried including more detail on the artist you chose. Things such as career trajectory and the kind of clients they work for would be helpful for you to know. This seems very information light.
