CRITIQUE PROJECT 2 FINAL DRAWING

  • Using the Project Assessment sheet you are given, break into small critique groups to review Project 2 Final Drawing.
  • Discuss Value Studies and ideas for finishing in Value.

 

  • LECTURE & DEMO
    • REVIEW: What is Value & How do we use it?
    • Intro to Ink
    • Inking Demo Continued

MIDTERM PROJECT DISCUSSION

  • LAB TIME:
    • Work Individually compare Value Studies for Project 2 with Exercise 1 Ink Doodles.
    • Try to match value studies with value swatches from Use Exercise 1 to help you plan creating a full range of value in your illustration.
    • Practice Techniques for use on Final.
    • Transfer your drawing / or make corrections in class

Sketchbooks DUE for Midterm Review (No sketchbook Assignment over Spring Break! Use the time to make up any missing pages before review.)
