Society of Illustrators

In the Society of illustrators, we saw lot of great work in there. However, only have one illustration capture my attention. It was P. KIKUO JOHNSON’s work, COMMENCEMENT. It was Graduation-themed New Yorker cover. A detailed aesthetic analysis of this piece appeared in the Washington Post. It capture my attention not because how beautiful it is or how great of the drawing skill in this illustration. It was because the message it shows in this illustration and this message most people can easy to see it. Also, this message touch my feeling. I think this is not easy  thing to do, to let people have same feeling as the people in the illustration.
