Assignment 4: From Gesture to Simplified Anatomy

• Choose between 6 – 8 images of people (either nude or in fitted clothing) in action poses’
• on 18×24 drawing paper analyze the poses in the following manner:

First Find the FORCE or Big Flow (Hint READ FORCE first!)

Next use volumetric drawing to find the overall shape

Lastly use simplified anatomy to detail what is happening to the form.
