- Denis will be visiting the venue by Thursday to conduct the site survey and take pics and work on the WBS and other deliverables.
- Michael will be working on the Executive Summary and lay the foundation for ppt document.
- Sam will procure Spec Sheet and cost for sound console that meets required features.
- David will procure costs for backdrop and lighting equipment needed.
- Juan will gather information and costs for flats needed, as well as other misc. procurement needed.
- Deadline for powerpoint presentation content from all parties: Wed 2/26 at 6pm.
- Hours worked and budgeting information due asap (see Michael’s post).
