Florence Nightingale Said ” Never consider ourselves finished nurses.” She went on to say “Let whoever is in charge keep this simple question in her heard – Not, how can I always do this right thing myself, but how can I provide for the right thing to be always done? I think that this physical assessment will help me develop the skills needed for me to always provide care the right way. In this class we will attain certain skills necessary to perform different assessments for different body systems. As we do this , it helps to prepare us to  build upon the necessary skill needed in our future as nurses. In this class we will learn how to efficiently gather  history’s, focus assessments, which can set the direction to our clinical reasoning. As we gather our physical assessments it guides the choices we make next.
