The Thomas Ahrens International Program offers a unique and immersive learning opportunity for qualified students to earn six elective credits in international tourism and traditions of the French table. This program provides students to experience academic views with cultural exploration in one of the world’s most iconic cities. Applicants are encouraged to attend meetings to ensure a thorough understanding of the program before hand and if selected, students embark on an unforgettable journey. The academic itinerary includes wine tastings in vineyards, visiting fresh and rich food markets, exclusive tours behind the scenes of Parisian hotels and hand on baking at The Ritz Paris along with cooking with talented chefs from a culinary institution.
