The one thing that I have learned about myself is that I can adapt well to a adverse situation. Since I am a attentive listener, I feel as though I will be able to respond appropriately to any situation. Prior to giving a solution, one must listen to the problem. Active listening and good decision making will help me accomplish that goal.
