The educational process of the Baccalaureate degree in Nursing has helped me gain awareness in many aspects and areas of my nursing career. Through insight my limiting beliefs has being diminished and I am more confident when approaching my colleagues or when advocating for my patients. I now have a clearer view or a better understanding of where I want to venture in my career.
