About Team 2

Muhammad Rehman

My name is Muhammad Rehman. I am a senior at City Tech, pursuing a BTech in CST with a focus in Software Development. My passion for coding comes from my goal of having a life of idle and leisure. My inspiration of being a software developer came from watching anime and reading comics. I always wanted myself to have the Ironman suit or the money but you gotta draw a line between reality and fiction. Thankfully during Covid I saw engineers developers creating these suits of armors and spidermen’s equipment. It just go to show that we can create any thing if we put our mind and effort in it.

Ahmed Dembele

My name is Ahmed Dembele, and I am a senior at City Tech in the Department of Telecommunication Technology pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Beside my curriculum at City Tech, I am also pursuing another extra curriculum activity at City College called ROTC (Reserve, Officer, Training, Course). As a first-generation student, I live with faith and self-motivation that everything you make up on your mind can be done and if other peoples were able, you will be also able. Therefore, anytime I thought about these, they keep me motivated and not to give up. In other hand, my patient for Science and Technology also helps me to overcome many obstacles I faced throughout my journeys because without that, I don’t think so I was going to make this far. As a student I participated to many projects such as building obstacle detection Robot, Intern at Qcc Engineering Department, TECH FEE student (CUNY), CO-OP at Qcc Engineering Department, Research with CUNY SCHOLAR at City Tech and tones of training events with ROTC.

Shane Cooper

My name is Shane Cooper, I’m a Junior going on to Senior after this semester studying Computer Systems at New York City College of Technology, pursuing a bachelors degree and hoping to one day work in a school or help the community have secured and stable connection with a knowledge of computer security. I’ve always been somebody whose always wanted to look at for people’s privacy and making sure they’re secured, especially being in neighborhood where credit card scamming and identify theft is very high and just about anywhere now due to the internet. It’s a must that we teach everyone of the dangers and how easy it is to be robbed in this day and age. Everyone’s information is already out there so it’s best you know the latest scams and techniques to help protect one’s self and that would be something I would like to continue to pursue.
