Shesh, this week has been rough on my side of the ball court. For some reason the internet was not working as well as it use too. I’ve tried to fix the internet and still didn’t want to work. So the only way to do some of my class work was to go my cousins house . I needed to go so can finish my assignments. He didn’t mind me using his laptop, because his job told him that no one will work until further notice. Then a few days later my internet was back to normal. I dont know how it went back to normal, but hey Im not going to question it. As soon as I open my laptop my email blows up. I’ve notice that all my professor say that their is a final exam. They are worth so much to our grade. Somewhere around 30 to 40 percent. I’m like “dam”. I don’t like the idea. I know that I’m not a good test taker. This is going to take a lot of studying and less free time for me.

Tests?! I would stress if I were you. I was having a hard time concentrating from all this stress, and I can’t even imagine taking a test. My son has already had a couple online. Even when he was transitioning from college to virtual, they scheduled them. He was up doing them at midnight because that was the deadline.
Well, maybe he was gaming after that, too. Anyway, I hope you pull through.
It is great to hear from you, Jordy. If you are encountering any other tech difficulties I can get someone in the English Dept. to help you. It may be possible that there are laptops out there for loan to students, and also helpdesk kind of assistance. I will seek that out for you if you tell me.

Final test that’s worth 30 or 40 percent??? That’s crazy, now I’m scared. I hope my professors don’t make the final test worth most of the exams and it’s actually not fair, in the situation that each and every one of us are in, professors need to understand that such a grade for a final test would impact badly on majority of the students. I hope they change the grading.
I wish you the best on that test worth a lot!! Sounds like too much, but I’m pretty sure you will do great.! My biology classes has made some changes in regards to grading but it’s being more flexible about it, knowing under the situation we are. Stay safe.
My internet has been acting up lately too but its still up and running. It sucks too that many people such as my parents and other families out their are laid out from work. Im not so lucky enough to have much family living around me but I still keep in contact with my friends through the PS4 lol but I try to avoid leaving the house under any circumstance unless its to throw out the trash. I have been getting a lot of midterm exams too as well so I try to keep myself busy by studying but I hope you do good in your exams and best of luck out there.
All I can say is that since this semester went to hell, the idea of a test can only add to is so I feel you on that. It is good that you have extra places to go like your cousins house, When I took my midterm online I got kicked off of the website and I got mad that I almost failed because of something I don’t have control over
I had my psychology midterm at 6am yesterday and my computer out of no where decided to lag. Out of all this time I have owned this computer, it never lagged on me till midterm season started 🙂 My sanity is gone.
