Life has confined humans in their own little areas. These areas limits people to a certain level: to where their skillset and  dominant characteristics are not utilized. For some individuals the uncomfortable state leaves them introverted in that confined area. The moments that leaves us in sweat, nervousness, and in distasteful adrenaline is what causes us to stay static in our chairs. I continue to be that individual who is nervous to start a conversation with someone. I do understand that is what makes me uncomfortable. Therefore, this is what makes me feel confined.
