What Do I Want to teach my audience ?
What I want to teach my audience is the history of the game basketball and how it is popular in the world we live in today. I also want to explain why certain players throughout sports history have been essential and how they have changed the game over the years.
What audience am I trying to reach ?
The audience I am trying to reach are the people who have not watched basketball enough to know its origin and the known names. I also want to reach young people who actually play the sport for them to see how the game has shifted from the time of the great legends to now in the game we play today.
What Genre do I plan on writing in?
The genre I plan on writing is I will be using a Documentary that came on netflix last year called āThe last danceā which is a focus on Michael Jordanās career where he details how the league was back then and how he became so great now the film also includes him going head to head with all time greats which I will also discuss who helped changed the game which include Larry Bird , Magic Johnson, Dennis Rodman & Scottie pippen. I will use various time frames within the film and have an explanation under for how this contributes to what I am trying to teach the audience.
How do I plan on getting started ?
How I plan on getting started is I will go rewatch the documentary myself and really find which points in the film am I going to be referring to and how do they help my audience understand what I am trying to teach them .
What worries do I have about finishing this project ?
The worries I have about finishing this project doesnāt have much to do with the completion I just have worries that maybe I donāt format it correctly or maybe it doesnāt help my audience at all / doesnāt relate to my subject in Unit 2 but I believe with enough editing Iāll be able to get my message across
