After the first internship class I was thinking about different internship that I wanted to pursue, I understand that I already had a internship opportunity right in front of me but I wanted to weigh my options. I thought about what was said in class about going through old contacts and asking if they had any internships available. So I decided to try and message my cousin Tracey Woods on Facebook who is a Associate Photo Editor for Essence Magazine. So I sat for a few days to think if I should call my cousin because it took a while for her to reply back.

Later on, she eventually replied saying that the Essence Company only has internships in the summer, she gave me a link to ed2010.com for other open internships and she also asked for major, my resume to give out to other prospective companies or people that she knows. I had no other choice but to move on and think about my future search for another company to intern with.
