Before my day in the office I thought about the type of work I would be doing this go-around and the type of work that I was doing before. So I was excited because I didn’t mind the work before but I did want more design work and now they have some adobe programs for me to use because they didn’t have those before. At BCS, I have I guess 2 supervisors the higher one is Kristina R.(my old supervisor) and the new one is Pati C. who is the new graphic designer for BCS. I believe I’m gonna get most of my work from Pati and she will probably run it by Kristina.

Entering the office they showed me to my desk  and then told me about the task that I will be doing that day. I believe they have an upcoming event and they usually send letters and things out to residents of Brooklyn to let them know about upcoming events. I had to stuff envelopes about 150-200 with 5 pieces to go inside each one, sealed and stamped to be sent out. I didn’t mind this task because I did expect to be doing things that I was doing before but I did prefer to do some design work because I want to improve my portfolio on doing outside of school work. After, I finished my work Pati let me know that the next week when I come in I will be doing design work and that she probably won’t be having me do much secretary work.
