For my internship this semester I am work at Artwingny in Manhattan New York. Artwingny is an agency that works in advertising, fashion, still life, and etc. They have many clients such as Victoria Secret, Adidas, and many more. My supervisor is Mr. Scott. At Artwingny I mainly setup sample cards of the photographers work so they can be sent to clients. I am able to use my laptop making it easier for my eyes with the zoom function. I’m learning some things such as getting used to this kind of workspace. Also I realized I have to be more thorough then most. For my first card I had to make a sample with some of the work done by Mr. Greg. I was told to be creative with the set up. I was but it was a little abstract and I didn’t use all images. So I went back and redid the sample card, I used all of the images and went with more streamline and balanced look. It worked and Mr. Scott liked it. I learned subtlety works very well at times. All in all I feel I am gaining good experience for later in life when I start working in the field.
